I got a chance to play yesterday and I actually was able to get into a MFW match!
It was the first time in forever that I haven't just sat in a queue for 10+ minutes; it was 90-120 seconds searching then another couple of minutes waiting to deploy and then a full match, it was awesome. IDK if Scotty was reeducated this hotfix or if it was just easier because more people are playing now that Isk is paid out too.
Either way, I am very pleased with the hotfix, there is nothing in it that is not to my liking (at least if there is, I haven't found it yet)

I agree that we should be able to plex in the same fashion as Eve Militia members can.
However, that is an overhaul deserving of a named "expansion" which should be done methodically and not rushed. I hope that one day we can have just that but don't rush it.

As long as you are aware that a Plexing System like EVE's generally favours the attacking faction, more or less, and who owns what is largely determined by how many farmers your have floating around at any one time.

I am well aware, I've done my fair share of plexing in space. I was Def plexing before there was a reward beyond having an Uncontested system. I enjoyed living in low-sec and patrolling Minmatar held space. Did I like getting blobbed by Amarr when they weren't fleeing me in a stabbed merlin? No, but I still stuck around because despite that, I found FW to be fun.
This is probably my second favorite kill ever just because he handed it to me by burning straight away into my optimal.

I actually used to enjoy Eve before the Alliance I was in at the time left FW and went to 0.0. I think that is when I started to hemorrhage my Love for Eve. I've tried going back to Empire and it just isn't the same.
In closing, yeah, I'd Love if we went to a plexing system like Eves.
